Handling of letters issued by government bodies.

A new table will be created where all letters from government bodies will be stored.  Another table will link these letters to applicable institutes.

During counseling, check the letters issued which are applicable to this college to identify applicable announcements.  More importantly, show to the client.

The process will be as follows:

• One copy of the letter will be stored and given a unique ID.
• In the link table, enter Letter ID and Clg Code for each of the colleges where it is applicable.
• IN ADDITION, in the clg_course table, make appropriate corrections to courses AND set remarks.
