- Check from internet list if any institute is still missing.
- Fee structure to be fed.
- Tele caller + 1 FE (from guest house) to start calling for collection of admission info.
- Ops Mgr.
- Coordinate with callers to list out specific requirements received from prospects.
- Hand over to database team for preparation of ready to use counseling panels.
- Database team to confirm on phone, validity of the recommendation. If required, FE / local rep visits the institute for confirmation.
- Coordination and tracking.

same process has been done, calling to get few information as left while survey has been done and fed also.
