Indore data entry

  • Brochure data validation.
  • Check from internet list if any institute is still missing.
  • Fee structure to be fed.
  • Tele caller + 1 FE (from guest house) to start calling for collection of admission info.
  • Ops Mgr.
    • Coordinate with callers to list out specific requirements received from prospects.
    • Hand over to database team for preparation of ready to use counseling panels.
    • Database team to confirm on phone, validity of the recommendation.  If required, FE / local rep visits the institute for confirmation.
    • Coordination and tracking.
To be completed by Friday.

same process has been done, calling to get few information as left while survey has been done and fed also.
